Voice Function for Online PC Games?
Hey guys, just wondering what sort of headset I need to play PC games online so I can talk with my teammates. I'm new to the PC gaming thing...playing XBOX 360 for a while but want to get started on the PC. Are the headsets USB connected? Where can I buy them...like Gamestop or BestBuy? I really want to play games like CounterStrike...any other realy popular online PC games that utilize voice functions?

- I would recommend a USB headset. There are some with traditional jacks, but go with the USB. BestBuy would be a good place to look, unless you have a Frys or something near by. I think they might even sell them at WalMart or Target. I'm not sure if CounterStrike uses voice functions, but there are several apps you can download for free. Teamspeak is one, and you can have a bunch of people online at the same time. I use Skype, which I think has better voice quality, but can't hook as many people up. Try either of those to start.
