Xbox 360???

People are telling me that after like 2 years the xbox 360 will end up like the original xbox without any games or any production, obselete. There also telling me that the PS3 is gonna get way better games than xbox 360 by next year. Thats making me second guess my self about if i should get an xbox 360. I mean i dont mind if the xbox 360 only lives for like 3-4 more years but not less than that. I like games on both systems (but Xbox 360 no doubt has better games coming out this year). So will the Xbox 360 stay as the best next-gen system and win the console war? Should I get an Xbox 360 or a PS3?

1. It depends on what type of games you like. I have a 360 and it kicks @ss. Halo 3, Bioshock, Timeshift, Fracture are all sweet games tht are comin out for the 360. I think 360 is gonna last for a while. Plus it is way cheeper than Ps3. Get a 360.

3. well i have an xbox 360 and by far it is the best console, but it depends on the type of games
4. go with the xbox 360, u cant go wrong with the games, for now you have gears of war, lost planet, forza motorsports and plenty more but look at the line up coming up this holiday season and next year, HALO 3. and the online play cant go wrong

6. Bullshit, the Xbox 360 will keep thriving and will come nowwhere near the playstation. Sony sucks, everyone can admit. The xbox is NOT obselete at all as half a million users play Halo 2 a day. Seriously, get a 360. I just got one today and its way better than any console besides a computer haha.
7. okay i'm telling you the 360 is good but if you can try to find an elite the 360 is good get it it has almost all the games for the PS3 and more that the PS3 doesn't like Halo 3 or Bioshock
8. i have a 360 and personally the games out right now are not that great and the console will get 3 rings of death at least once in its life as my friends has had 3 red lights 3 times and he only plays around 1 hr every day or so because of this microsoft knows they did a crappy job on it so they upped the 3 red ring warranty to 3 years but the 360 elite i dont think has this problem but i would still go with the older (white) one pro version because you probrably wont need a 120gb hard drive.
9. long story short they are both having hardware troubles and more than 1/2 are being sent back to get fixed, but 360 is better, great games and xbox live, but i say wii unless you can stand break downs than choose 360, halo 3 baby and end war
