Xbox 360??

So I have a Xbox 360 with a HDMI output on it. but I got just a HDMI cord at walmart. how would I hook up my logitech 5.1 speakers to the xbox. they hook up with the AV cords. do I need to get the one the Microsoft has for the 360?

1. i don't know what to say but HDMI is for video and audio this is how i got it from my conosle to my HDTV with HDMI then take the sound output for in put for the speakers
