- 40GB PS3 No Flash Card slots (SD Memory Card, CF, and Memory Stick Duo). The 40GB PS3 doesn't need a memory card to save games because it already has a built in hard drive. The Flash Card slots can be used for transferring photos, videos and other multimedia from a camera, PSP, or other device that uses the Flash card slots. Cannot play PS2 games. It can play PS1 games 2 USB ports -------------------------------------------------- 80GB PS3 4 USB ports Can play both PS1 and PS2 games The 80GB PS3 has the Flash Card Slots (SD Memory Card, CF, Memory Stick Duo)
