Nintendo wii?

i recently purchased DDR for nintendo wii and want to hook it up. But in the directions it says to used the nintendo game cube controller expansion slots on the wii system but i dont see any thing to hook the mat up to? it doesnt say anything about needing anything extra nor does it say its included. Anybody know the answer?

1. plug the mat into the gamecube controller slots on top of the wii
2. On the top of the wii you can left up the slot. There is two Game Cube slots and 2 memory card slots.
3. on the wii top there are to flipible flaps the first one has a spot for 4 gamecube conrolers and the second holds 2 gamecube memory cards
