Xbox 360 How do i send it off for repair?
Hi i phoned up xbox 360 support and they have sent me a label to put on a box containing my xbox 360. How do i now send it off. Apparently i need to ring up someone and tell them to pick it up. Who do i ring ,what number and what do i say to them????? Please help me!

- If you have gotten the return box (aka coffin), follow the instructions. To send it off go to a local UPS store (or whoever ships it) They will take it right away, since its a pre paid label you won't have to pay.
- Xbox support should be giving you all the details that you need If they sent you a box with a prepaid UPS label then you need to call UPS to come pick it up. OR drop it off at your local UPS facility.
- easy send it to the address they gave you.. if not call them back and ask for the address, done that to my gateway if you have a box from home.. don't use the one the system came in they'll tell you that box it up take it to a fedex or ups... iut will be awhile for them to fix it
- put the label that is inside the box covering up the old lavel take the xbox and put it in the bo with no hardrive no nothing. take it to a ups get the tracking number and that is it. u dont have to call no one to ask for adress or to find out who is going to sign
