How will the nintendo WIi launch work with 24 hour walmarts?
The nintendo wii is to be launched on the 19th, i believe. I've been planning on hanging around my local walmart, which is a 24 hour one, until midnight, when it should be released. Does anyone know what's gonig to happen? Will walmart close the doors for a bit, in anticipation, or will i just get to roam the store all night?

- there will probably be a line that you need to stand on in order to get the Wii. if they're smart about it so they don't have chaos, it would be the way i would do it.
- trust me i've done this a couple of times.I'll use an example from the Game Cube launch.If you want it really badly i reccomend going to bed really early on the 18th(saturday).If it's 24 hours and you want it really badly try being there at 5am or 6am.there might be like a huge line so yeah!Good luck with your wii shopping!Oh by the way at target they are all ready selling Wii accessories, like bags, and controller skins!
- They will line you up, the first peps who made it first come first and the guy thats 2nd, 3rd etc. They will also probably tell you how many units they have, and the people who arrived late can just go home! Cause they couldnt get one! good luck man, here in my city there was a big line at a Bestbuy for the Xbox 360 launch, some people got it some people didnt...
