Can I connect my Nintendo wii to the internet through the phone line?
Can I connect my Nintendo wii to the internet through the phone line without having to connect it to a modem in a computer. Can I just connect it to the phone line (not the computer) with a cable and have it perminantly online.

- you'll have to go buy a usb adapter for it from like, gamestop or wallymart
- Even if you have a USB adapter, you cannot do this. It will do absolutely nothing. You must have the cable modem plugged into the line, then plug the Wii into the modem. Or you can just get a modem/wireless router in one and connect wirelessly without buying the USB adapter.
