i can only answer your fist question and no, all you need to do is drag an MPG-4 into the "video" folder when you open the psp up on "my computer" or drag pictures into the "photos" folder and drag MP3 music into the "music" folder on the psp. if the memory stick does not have these folders, than make folders saying "VIDEOS" "MUSIC" and "PHOTOS" in upper case letters
