i am thinking of buying a playstation 3 is it worth the £425 and is the console any good?

3. I have actually played the PS3 and I don't think it's worth the £425 price tag. It depends on what games you like and if you play games a lot. At the moment there aren't any great games, which isn't uncommon with consoles that have only recently launched. Perhaps if you go to GAME, HMV or Virgin Mega Store, they might have a PS3 that you can try out for yourself. If you really want the PS3 then I suggest maybe waiting for a little while until the price comes down. 4. if you do get one, e-mail me and tell me what it's like please! It a fantastic console with all the latest technology. Infact, i think it's a really good price for what your getting! There is so much you cann do with it. Much more than the xbox 360 and most, the wii.

11. yes!! i got one on the release date its defo worth it ive got tennis the godfather and motorstorm. you can also download games. the graphics are ace i could go on and on get one!!!

The PS3 is absolutely awesome, but i'd wait i got one straight away with two games as did two of my friends and we decided not to get the same games yet so that in effect we'd all have 6 games, but its only been 3 weeks and i've already completed three of them and i work full time. So wait till October when GTA4 comes out and the price will probably be down by then anyway as well.
13. Go before Easter a lof of game stores in UK are only charging 400, then its back up to 425. Trust me, you Europeans are in for some great games in the next few months. Sorry, some of them got delayed. It is well worth the cost. Doubt there will be a price drop anytime soon
