- 1. Arcade is better because it has newer chips set and comes with 5 arcade games and a memory card. 2.Premieum comes with a 120gb HD where as pro has a 10gb HD. 3.There is a current bundle that comes with 2 games thats a good bundle at best buy. DONT BUY A 360!!! It has a 33% failure rate and is a terrible system. buy a 60gb PS3. It comes with a Blu-Ray player, Built in WI FI and free online play. To get a HD DVD player on the 360 cost 179.99 the wireless adapter is 99.99 and 1 year of online play is 50.00... Thats 320 more dollars just to get where the PS3 is out of the box
- but the xbox premium off ebay
- You don't want the core or arcade you need to buy the Xbox 360 Premium. Theres also a Xbox 360 Elite but it cost $479 and the only difference between that and the Premium is hard-drive space. I seen some good Xbox 360 Premium bundles at RadioShack but I'm sure after Thanksgiving there well be all kinds of great deals. Also the guy who answered first doesn't know what hes talking about don't listen to him.
- It's the elite that has the 120 GB harddrive and the Pro has a 20 GB harddrive. The arcade would be better because it comes with some games already and a little memory. I also second the motion made by the previous person, there is pretty much a 33-36% chance of failure. However, there is now a 3 year warranty for that type of failure so the worst situation is that you are without a console for a while, but it will get fixed for free. If that is worth it to you I would suggest getting the Xbox 360 Pro bundle. Trust me, once you get more games you are going to want more memory then what comes in the arcade. Unless you plan on downloading movies you really don't need the harddrive space in the elite.
- don't listen to johnny hes a fool. The core system is the old version of the xbox 360 arcade comes with no hard drive but the xbox 360 memory card 256mb comes with the arcade. Premium and pro is the same. 20gb hard drive and a wireless controller instead of a wired. The Xbox 360 elite is the newest xbox 360 revision = newer chips faster, less failure, full hd graphics. Its true that the xbox 360 does fail but newer models are not failing so much any more and update through xbox live are also improves the effiency of the xbox. Also you are offered 3 years warranty for any failures. If in the Uk go to toys r us or gamestation, ebay is ok some old game offered though
- sorry but johnny talks a load of rubbish xbox 360 arcade is the best to get yes there are twwo types of 360. the core system which comes with no memory like a hard drive or memory unit, wired controller, and thats about it. the "premium" system has a 20gb hard drive, xbox live ready and you get 3 months free trial on xbox live. and also a wireless controller and an official wired headset and an ethernet cable. however the 360 elite is out now and it has a 120gb hard drive, black metallic paint finish, and a hdmi port in the back. they are the only differences. for a cheap bundle go to www.gamestation.com they allow you to have a 360 and all its accesseries in the box, also you get to choose 3 things you would like with it. you can choose from games, accesseries or anything else there,
- get a ps3!!!!!!!!!
